FISH HOEK DRAMATIC SOCIETY
This site is for all members and non-members of FHDS. It is dedicated to the encouragement of amateur dramatics incorporating actors, singers, dancers, directors, stage crew, sound and lighting techs, props, costume designers, make-up artists and all our volunteers.
Athol Fugard said ..there are no small parts, only small actors... so use your moment on stage to its' fullest!!
The Masque Theatre in Muizenburg is our home and all our productions take place there.
So, if you are looking for a rewarding hobby, and are interested in drama and backstage roles why not become a member of FHDS.
We welcome enquiries from anyone who is interested in helping with back stage tasks such as scenery building, make-up, prompting, set construction, painting, costumes, sound effects and wardrobe. Also front of house duties including programme selling, reception, refreshments and public relations.
